Dear Visionaries,
Imagine yourself on a tiny planet, consumed by endless tasks, metrics, and urgency. This was the world of The Little Prince-leaders detached from life itself, ruling barren systems, obsessively counting stars they could never touch.
Now imagine seeing Earth from Mars. Would we see the same absurdities?
We fight for peace, and fuel conflict.
We demand inclusion, and exclude those who disagree.
We burn out while preaching sustainability.
We fear AI replacing us, and feed it with more fear, with every thought and action.
We hoard resources for safety, and burn the planet we depend on for survival.
We see it in the recent AI race—from OpenAI to DeepSeek—where we charge forward without asking the right questions, trapped in outdated, 20th-century thinking. As a mother of two, I have an invitation to you, regardless of your position and readiness;
Leadership isn’t failing because leaders lack effort, it’s failing because we are solving the wrong problems. It’s time to stop, not to slow down, but to rewrite the narrative, shift our perspective, and regenerate the systems that sustain us.
Why Leadership Is Failing
Burnout, broken systems, and shallow progress aren’t inevitable; they’re symptoms of outdated thinking. How do we regenerate leadership for a thriving future?
1. Move From Newtonian Thinking to Quantum Leadership
Linear thinking no longer works. Leadership isn’t cause-and-effect—it’s about embracing interconnectedness, multiple possibilities, and entanglement.
Example:
Superposition in quantum physics shows that a particle can exist in multiple states simultaneously. Likewise, leaders must balance innovation, ethics, and human wellbeing—not choose one at the expense of the others.
2. You Can’t Quantum Jump by Working Harder
No amount of caffeine or long hours will create true breakthroughs. Transformation comes from shifting how we think, move, and connect.
Action:
Treat nature as your mentor. Ecosystems don’t burn out; they adapt, collaborate, and regenerate. Move, breathe, and lead like nature does.
3. Tend to Your Gardens: People & Communities
This isn’t a race to win; it’s about nurturing the systems we rely on. How we innovate today will decide humanity’s next level, or game over.
Action:
Listen to employees and communities. Foster environments where creativity thrives, diverse voices are heard, and systems regenerate themselves. Remember, tending your garden doesn’t just grow flowers; it regenerates the soil for future generations.
A Shaman’s Wisdom
Two years ago, I asked a shaman from the Yawanawá tribe:
"Whatever I do never feels like enough. How can I rise to meet what the world truly needs?"
He answered:
"Keep walking. Walk with intention and attention to your relations. Be present. What you need will find you."
When we try to fix everything out there, without understanding how we stand at the center of the illusion, we create chaos. By being present, seeing clearly, and nurturing what’s right in front of us—our breath, our next step, our thoughts—we create harmony.
That harmony ripples outward. Action unfolds the mandala, layer by layer.
The Mandala of Leadership
True leadership doesn’t cling to survival, it regenerates. Like a mandala, it ripples outward:
The Inner Mandala (You): Your clarity, alignment, and energy.
The Middle Mandala (Systems): The systems you create; teams, technologies, and business models.
The Outer Mandala (Planet): The economies, cultures, and ecosystems you impact.
The Mandalas in Action

The Inner Mandala: Clarity & Energy
Burnout doesn’t come from working too much—it comes from working against yourself.
Reflection:
What am I holding onto that no longer serves me?
Action: Dedicate 10 minutes daily to clearing your mental, digital, and physical space.
Invitations:
🌿 New You (January 2025)– Beyond burnout lies clarity and purpose. Recalibrate your leadership, reconnect with what truly matters, and lead with certainty.
🌿 Inside Out (March 2025)– Know thyself; attract the right clients, opportunities and profits based on your unique design and purpose.
The Middle Mandala: AI & Regenerative Strategy
Marc Andreessen famously said, “Software is eating the world.” But we forgot to ask; what is feeding the world? And how can we do more of it?
Now with AI, we have a huge opportuniy; from regenerative agriculture to zero-waste production, AI is reshaping the physical world. Leaders must harness this technology to regenerate, not extract.
Examples:
AI-powered regenerative supply chains, ensuring ethical sourcing and reducing waste.
Bias-free hiring systems, ensuring diverse, fair leadership.
Regenerative finance, investing in planetary and human longevity.
Action: Audit one system—hiring, operations, or strategy.
Ask: Does this system amplify my values or distort them?
Invitations:
🌿 The Heroines (April 2025) – A transformative journey for womxn entrepreneurs. Build and grow businesses deeply rooted in values that regenerate industries and communities.
🌿 RX on Board (April 2025)– Redesign corporate systems and cultures for regenerative innovation. Align your organization with equity, sustainability, and meaningful impact.
The Outer Mandala: Energy, Economics & Planetary Regeneration
🌿 Nature teaches us harmony and resilience.
🤖 AI scales these principles across industries and cultures.
Examples:
Iceland’s geothermal grids; a blueprint for self-sustaining energy.
Decentralized microgrids in Kenya; inpowering communities and breaking monopolies.
Action: Redesign one area of your business—sourcing, logistics, or partnerships—to actively regenerate ecosystems and economies.
Invitations:
🌿 Heart Masters Ibiza (May, 2025) – Early Eagle until the end of January
A curated leadership experience in Ibiza. Align your leadership with planetary impact while grounding yourself in wellbeing through an intentional, connected community.
Scaling with Strength: The Only Growth That Matters
Growth isn’t about more—it’s about the strength of our connections.
The future belongs to leaders who build movements, not audiences.
You don’t need 10 million customers. You need 1,000 aligned decision-makers.
You don’t need to scale wide. You need to scale like a mandala, caring deeply to your relations.

Remember Your Rose
In The Little Prince, the rose represents the fragile yet essential life we’re entrusted to nurture.
Do you also remember the boa constrictor drawing? Adults mistook it for a hat; they couldn’t see beyond the surface.
This is the trap of modern leadership: mistaking speed for progress, systems for life, and strategies for meaning.
Reflection:
Remember your rose, what/ who is it? What have you been entrusted to protect and regenerate?
Let’s rewrite our cosmic journey, not by denying, escaping or complaining about the present, but by regenerating the future, NOW.
Happy to meet you, feel free to book a meeting with me, or share your comments and questions in the form or in the comments below.
Please like, share and spread the love. And as always I am listening to your suggestions with the ears of my heart.
